By accessing this School, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you may not access or use this site.
All materials contained in this School are protected by copyright and trademark law.
This School uses Teachable as its underlying platform. We do not control the stability, security, or technical functionality of the platform. Teachable’s Terms of Use apply in addition to these Terms:

For paid content, Teachable acts as the supplier and principal in the transaction. Academind GmbH acts as the content creator.
2. License Grant
All content provided through this School is licensed, not sold.
Upon purchase of a course or subscription, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content for personal, individual, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Where lifetime access is advertised, this refers to the lifetime availability of the course within the platform, subject to these Terms and continued platform operation. It does not constitute a transfer of ownership or intellectual property rights.
Downloadable materials are provided for personal use only and remain subject to this license.
3. Restrictions on Use
Under this license, you may not:
- Share login credentials;
- Allow another person to access your account;
- Permit multiple individuals to use a single account;
- Transfer access to any third party;
- Modify, reproduce, distribute, resell, or commercially exploit the materials;
- Publicly display or redistribute course materials;
- Remove copyright or proprietary notices;
- Attempt to reverse engineer any software on the site.
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your license and access.
4. Account Usage & Identity
Access to courses, memberships, and certifications is strictly personal and limited to the registered account holder.
You agree that:
- All course participation and completion must be performed by you, the account holder.
- You will not misrepresent your identity in connection with course participation.
- You will not use another person’s account to access or complete courses.
Account sharing or identity misrepresentation constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these provisions.
5. Certificates of Completion
Certificates are issued solely to the registered account holder who purchased and personally completed the course.
Certificates:
- Are non-transferable;
- May not be reassigned or issued in the name of any third party;
- Reflect the profile information associated with the account at the time of completion.
If we determine that:
- A course was completed by someone other than the account holder;
- Account sharing occurred;
- False identity information was provided; or
- Certification misuse took place;
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse issuance of a certificate;
- Revoke or invalidate an issued certificate;
- Remove certification records;
- Suspend or terminate the associated account.
Certificates are provided at our discretion and may be withdrawn in cases of misuse.
6. Refund Policy
All courses and subscriptions include a 30-day refund window unless otherwise stated.
If more than 40% of a course has been completed, only a partial refund may be granted.
If 70% or more has been completed, refunds are not available.
We reserve the right to deny refunds or restrict refund eligibility if abuse of the refund policy is detected.
Subscriptions renew automatically. You are responsible for canceling before renewal. Refunds are not provided for subscription renewals outside the original purchase window.
Refund handling may be subject to Teachable’s platform policies.
7. Disclaimer
All materials are provided “as is.” We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee specific results from use of our materials.
Your use of the School and its materials is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the School or Academind GmbH be liable for any damages, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption, arising from the use or inability to use the materials.
Certain jurisdictions may not allow such limitations; in such cases, limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Modifications
We may revise these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the School constitutes acceptance of the current version.
10. Governing Law
Any claim relating to the School shall be governed by the laws of the School Owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to conflict of law provisions.
